Terms of Use

Pyomo-chan's MAL Roaster is an entertainment-only web app for anime-list roasts, report cards, taste duels, recommendations, and small social games. By using it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Everything Pyomo-chan says is AI-generated or template-generated comedy. It is not a serious judgment of your taste, character, intelligence, or worth. The output may be inaccurate, unfair, repetitive, off-topic, or harsher than intended.

Do not rely on the site for factual anime criticism, personal advice, professional advice, or anything important.

You must be at least 13 years old to use this site. If a third-party service powering a feature requires a higher minimum age in your region, you must meet that requirement before using that feature.

The MAL or AniList username you enter must be your own, public, or one you have permission to use. If you use taste duel, Predict the Weeb, or any friend/list comparison feature, you are responsible for getting consent from the other person before submitting their username or sharing results about them.

Google sign-in is optional, but some features require it. You are responsible for your Google account and for activity under your signed-in session. We do not have access to your Google password.

We may suspend or remove access if the site is abused, attacked, used to harass people, or used in a way that creates legal, security, infrastructure, or payment risk.

Premium subscriptions are handled through Stripe. Subscription terms, billing, cancellation, and payment method handling may also be governed by Stripe's terms. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated otherwise.

Credits are an in-app usage balance for selected features. Credits have no cash value, are not redeemable for money, and may be changed, limited, corrected, or removed if required to fix abuse, bugs, pricing changes, or account problems.

Ko-fi support is voluntary and does not entitle you to any specific feature, output, subscription, or service level.

If you mark a report card as public, create a share link, share a taste duel page, or join a game lobby, you authorize the site to display the submitted usernames and generated results needed for that feature. Anyone with a public or shared link may be able to view it, save it, or share it elsewhere.

Do not publish or share results to harass, shame, impersonate, or target another person. Deleting data from this site may not remove screenshots, cached previews, or copies already shared outside the site.

Roasts, report cards, recommendations, taste duel analysis, and related responses may be generated by Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, xAI Grok, OpenAI, or local fallback templates. We do not review every output before it is shown.

You are responsible for how you use, interpret, copy, or share generated content. The site may refuse, rate-limit, change, or fall back from a provider at any time.

This site is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to MyAnimeList, AniList, Anthropic, Google, xAI, OpenAI, Stripe, Vercel, Resend, Upstash, Neon, Jikan, or Ko-fi. MyAnimeList and AniList names and marks belong to their respective owners.

You agree not to:

• Use the site to harass, embarrass, impersonate, stalk, or target someone without consent
• Submit private, sensitive, illegal, or confidential information
• Try to bypass rate limits, payment controls, authentication, or feature restrictions
• Use bots, scraping, spam, credential attacks, or automated traffic that burdens the service
• Probe, exploit, disrupt, or compromise the site, its users, or its providers
• Use the site in a way that violates law or any applicable third-party service terms

The site depends on third-party APIs and services for public anime list data, AI generation, authentication, billing, email delivery, hosting, databases, rate limiting, and donations. Those services may change, fail, impose limits, or apply their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services, sites, policies, outages, or content.

We may change, pause, remove, rate-limit, or discontinue any part of the site at any time. We may also update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms.

This site is provided "as is" and "as available" with no warranties of any kind, including uptime, accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or freedom from errors.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, goodwill, or access, arising from your use of the site.
